Z-MaT stands for Zhenhuan Machine Tool Company, one of the largest and fastest growing machine tool builders worldwide. Z-MaT manufactures a wide range of CNC machines, which includes CNC Turning Centers, Horizontal CNC Lathes, Vertical Machining Centers, CNC Milling Machines and Special Purpose Machines.
In addition, Z-MaT is recognized for the company’s advanced development and technological advantage in the field of live tooling products. Live tooling operations include axial and radial milling, drilling and tapping. These live tooling applications are available on a wide variety of Z-MaT CNC turning machines.

As of today, Z-MaT has more than 23 machine model series, with more than 100 models of CNC turning machines in the company product line. This broad line of CNC lathes has brought recognition to Z-MaT as a world-wide leader in precision turning machines.

With distribution around the world, investment from Hong Kong, research and development centered in Taiwan, and manufacturing/assembly in China, Z-MaT is a responsible international corporation. Aside from our logo, Z-MaT blue is the most identifiable element of our brand. It should always be reproduced in its original form — meaning smart, calm, broad, pure, eternity. It represent the temperament of Z-MaT.

Secondary Color

Although our color system relies heavily on Z-MaT blue, we understand the need to complement that palette with a robust set of additional color. To meet that need, we use Z-MaT red as our secondary color. Our secondary palette represents luck, fervor, unrestrained, passion. It represent the fighting will of Z-MaT.

People usually meet us digitally first, way before they ever experience us in person. To translate our brand thoughtfully for our digital communications, we’ve created web-specific values for our color palette, using the RGB variations listed. Increased productivity

Z-MaT made a variety of machine tools for use in the company’s parts manufacturing. These tools dramatically increased productivity and cut costs.

2006

Establish a Brand

Z-MaT moved out of auto parts manufacturing and fully committed the company’s resources into the production of CNC machine tools.

2010

Established Giessen

Z-MaT established a precision parts manufacturing subsidiary, named Giessen to produce high speed and precision spindles.

2011

New Z-MaT logo

the company established a global marketing strategy and began using the new Z-MaT logo as a replacement for the domestic Chinese brand and logo.

2016

Over 40 countries

Z-MaT exported CNC machines to over 40 countries and is a recognized pioneer and leader in supplying complete smart manufacturing solutions for machining small to medium sized parts.

2017

Totoya Producstion System

Totoya Producstion System was led to the factory.

2018

Z-MaT Nanjing Factory

the brand invest its factory in Nanjing, the Z-MaT Nanjing Factory start to produce machine in the end of the year.

1990

Be Found

the predecessor of Z-MaT, Yuhuan M&E mould factory was found.

1999

Start to produce auto parts and motorcycle parts

the factory changed its name to Zhenhuan Co., Ltd, and start to produce auto parts and motorcycle parts. The early company was successful and experienced rapid growth. The company gained valuable experience using CNC machine tools in the manufacturing of the company’s product line.

Environmental policy

Z-MaT shall, within the context of what is technically possible and financially reasonable, contribute to minimising negative impact on the environment. Environmental work shall be seen as a natural part of the manufacturing and construction of machine equipment.

We shall:
1. Constantly strive to reduce environmental impact in our operation. This applies particularly to consumption of fossil fuels, use of electricity and emissions into air and discharges into water.
2. Strive to develop and market products with good environmental characteristics and the highest efficiency requirements. Such aspects shall be taken into consideration already in the preliminary stage of the design and construction By Z-MaT R&D team.
3. Comply with laws and regulations within the environmental area and be responsive to demands for reduced environmental impact from our customers and other interested parties.
4. Establish and follow up environmental goals.
